Dennis and David, also known as The Carolina Homes Unlimited Team, won 7 "Top Producer" awards and 2 "Customer Service" awards in 2010, and 7 "Top Producer" awards year to date in 2011. Their production level has placed them in the Top 5 Percent of Keller Williams Agents in Asheville, Black Mountain and Weaverville. They were also invited to serve on the Keller Williams Associate Leadership Council, based on their production and the Keller Williams culture that they show to their clients and co-workers.
Dennis Polk grew up around the world as his father served our country in the US Navy. Following in his father’s footsteps, he joined the US Air Force. Upon completion of his duty, Dennis worked in sales and marketing for a printing company and later opened his own business, River City Printing. He specialized in creating marketing materials and ad campaigns for both local and national home builders and developers in Jacksonville, FL. His interest in real estate and home building carried over into his personal life as well. Dennis spent years buying, renovating, restoring and then selling his own investment properties and personal homes. His service to the community also involves real estate. Dennis has volunteered with Builders Care, Habitat for Humanity and even worked on an Extreme Makeover Home Edition Project.
David Henry is a native of Florida, but now knows Asheville as home. He attended the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. After college, he began work in customer service management and later worked in the printing industy. After joining River City Printing, he became co-owner and vice-president. David worked with local and national home builders marketing departments to create marketing campaigns and ads. His interest in home building and real estate spilled over into his personal life. David spent years buying, renovating and selling his own investment properties and personal homes. His community involvement is also in real estate, volunteering for Builders Care, Habitat for Humanity and even working on an Extreme Makeover Home Edition project.
