Dennis Polk is the best Realtor we’ve ever used.  He is very professional and gives outstanding customer service.  Dennis was hired by us to sell our home in Fairview.  We had been on the market for over a year using two different Realtors, and I was about ready to give up, but then Dennis called me when my listing expired.   I wasn’t much in the mood to speak with another agent but he was so uplifting and positive on the phone that it gave me hope, and after an hour long interview, we agreed, he was the agent we needed.

We took his advice on pricing and no sooner than we were on the market, we were having showings and anytime the showings slowed down, he would call us to reassure us to hang in there, that it would be just fine.  Dennis did everything he said he would and then some, and sold our home for near asking price which I thought was very impressive in today’s market.

And on top of everything, there’s his Keller Williams business partner David, who brought us the right buyer.  Dennis and David together are an unbelievable team.   This is the 5th home we’ve sold and there’s no doubt that these are the two best Realtors we’ve ever used and I will definitely be using and referring them in the future.  Did I mention that Dennis and David found us the perfect home to move into after selling our home in Fairview?  Well, they did and we couldn’t be happier.  These guys enjoy helping people and provided us with the kind of service you rarely find these days.

First off, I want to apologize for taking soooo long to thank the two of you for the outstanding job you did with listing, showing and then quickly selling my BeeTree Village garden home last fall.
 
I was married to a husband in retail management for many years, so we were constantly being transferred to another area.  We have bought and sold many homes, but I can honestly say that we have NEVER, EVER had Realtors that were so involved with making sure that the property was not overpriced, and that did not mind spending their money or whatever to get it sold timely, and always kept me informed of what was happening and why.
 
Again, even though this is still a hurried note, I could not ever thank you enough for taking the time to contact me and then following up with me until I decided that I would let you put the home on the market again even though it had been listed with another Realtor for many months with very few showings and no results before I took it off of the market.

The seller had mentioned that Dennis was representing her and mentioned his team partner, David as well.  I wasn't sure I should consider using David since he represented the seller also, but decided to call anyway, just to get a sense of who he was and to see if I could "connect" with him.  From our first conversation, I felt as comfortable as if I had known him for a long time.  He listened well to my story about why I wanted to move, assured me Asheville would meet my needs, and was genuinely welcoming.  All this before we ever spoke about the home!  I was treated like a person, not just a prospective buyer.
